Learning & development plan

We'll use profile assessments to define your areas of improvement and determine your growth opportunities. I'll then guide you to create your wish list with your major professional and personal challenges and goals. You will set, see and achieve your goals and competencies. Plus, you'll get the right support to keep track of your results and progress. 

I understand that a natural part of the change process is to retreat to old, familiar ways. As your coach will hold you to the plan to move forward.

Find the root cause to your roadblocks

Release roadblocks that hold you from achieving your personal and professional goals. These blocks reside in our unconscious mind, and more often than not we are totally unaware of their existence. Many of us will accept things the way they are because we do not know how to change them. When you can see the cause of such limiting beliefs and behaviours you can enhance your ability to manifest your dreams with greater ease.

Build stronger relationships 

Safe connections are fundamental to meaningful satisfying lives. There's no prescription for friendship, love or collaboration, these are hard-earned capacities. During the coaching process we will identify and get rid of the unconstructive traits, as well as discover and cherish the positive traits. This way,  you create and strengthen both your relationship with yourself as well as with others.

As you get clarity over your patterns and characteristics you'll start using them to boost self-confidence and self-love and create constructive, self-supportive behaviours.

Become a bilateral thinker

You will learn how to easily switch between the left and right hemispheres of the brain, streaming solutions to a problem or challenge with greater ease. The right half of the brain is intuitive, emotional, visual, and tactual, and the left is linguistic, sequential and analytical. Through this "aerobic exercise" for the brain you will begin to have greater clarity on your issues. This means, for instance, that you'll develop multiple solutions to your challenge, you'll stop the negative self-talk, and gain greater leadership skills.

Career Transition 

A comprehensive five-part tool that will inspire you to explore all areas and levels of your life. This system includes intellectual, emotional and spiritual segments which will address your fears, your emotions, your strengths and areas of improvements, your values and personality style. They aim to give you as much clarity as possible for you to remain calm and focused and make the right choice for your future career step.

Live a healthy and balanced lifestyle

Stress and trauma confronts us with our fragility but also with our immense resilience. While working on your challenges and goals, you will learn your internal and external resources that will enable you to free your mind and body from past conditioning and troubling experiences. You will better demonstrate universal values such as self -love, confidence, honesty and respect. Also, you'll learn to stay grounded and focused, and live your life with greater joy and peace thanks to the new balance of your bilateral thinking brain. You'll let go of your "old stuff", say no when you mean NO and yes when you mean YES. Isn't this cool?!
